Dear Patient:

We hope this letter finds you and your family I good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: -our commitment to your safety.

We are now open and seeing patients for ALL dental procedures including cleanings.

Because of COVID-19, there have been a few modifications to our infection control that you will see at your next appointment that we would like you to be aware of. All of our protocols are to keep you and our staff safe.

These are some of the changes you will see at your next appointment:

• You will be asked some screening questions when you check in at the front desk regarding any recent symptoms you might have had.
• Your temperature will be recorded with a touchless thermometer to your forehead.
• You will find that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, newspapers or childrens toys as these items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
•  We will try to minimize your time in the waiting room for social distancing, so you may be asked to wait in your car if a lot of people are in the waiting room.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.
